Week 34

How far along?  34 Weeks
Total Weight gain/loss: Lets just say 27+
Maternity Clothes?  Yep!
Sleep:  I'm a sleepaholic!  Lilly still has this thing for being all wiggly when it's bed time... she even kicks JC!
Best moment this week:  We bought Lilly's first car!  Haha!  Seriously.  We got a new Subaru Outback with the intention to have it FOR-EV-ER... FOR-EV-ER!  Her name is Pearl and she is pretty.  Fantastic car that will go for many miles.  
Miss Anything?  Oh my - not having to go to the bathroom every second!  It's worse then a bad zit in your nose!
Movement:  Yep!  She get's the most wiggly at night.  
Food cravings:   Mint... still!
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope!  
Symptoms:  Weak Bladder... hahaha!
Gender:  Girl

Belly Button in or out? In and stretched.  It's more like half a belly button.

JC's First Day of School!

It's that time of year again for school to begin!  JC is off to Westminster for the next three semesters!  He had orientation Tuesday and his first day of classes on Wednesday.

I wanted to make him something to help him be motivated for the next few months to come.  Not only does the poor kid have school full time, but he will be working full time and little Lilly will be arriving probably around midterms!  Both of us have been dredging school starting because now we will hardly see each other.  Sample of our schedule... he has school Monday-Friday 9:00AM-2:00 PM and works Thursday through Monday 2:45-11:45.  Luckily we have a hour to get ready and enjoy breakfast together before we go our separate ways. Tues/Wed nights will be nice to have together and Sunday mornings.

It's going to be a hard semester, but we are both so grateful for all we have blessed with so far to help us get through the rest of the year.  I'm so proud of JC and all his hard work.  He has a 3.9 GPA and plenty of scholarships to show for it.  He started at eBay in July, finished his seven week training with high points and earned the "golden" eBay jacket!  Apparently they are hard to earn and him and another guy in his training class were rewarded with it.  With his new job we have been blessed with incredible insurance and tuition reimbursement.  Everything has been falling into place the last few months and we are seriously so grateful!

Now to endure the next few months as we struggle with our time together and bringing a new lady into this world.  I'm so excited to watch him be a dad and know that he will be amazing.  As hard as its going to be, I know it will make us stronger and our love even deeper for another.  I loving know that even with how busy he may be with work and school- he would drop anything to be there for me.

Week 33

How far along?  33 Weeks
Total Weight gain/loss: I think I'm about 27 gained.
Maternity Clothes?  Yep!
Sleep:  I've been trying to take a nap some time in the evening so I can be awake when JC gets home at 11:30... soon it will be closer to midnight!  :o/  So hard not sleeping with him- so once he's there and the snuggles start... I'm out!
Best moment this week:  Hahaha!  Oh it still makes me laugh!  I was laying on my side and could feel Lilly really good.  I had JC put his hand on her since her arm/leg was so distinct to feel.  When he did, he pressed on her a little bit and she hit back!  He shot clear to the other side of the bed and squealed!  He wasn't expecting to feel her so good or for her to hit back!  He freaked out, so it kind of made me freak out... but I can't really get away from my belly so it was really funny!
Miss Anything?  Getting out of bed without having to be pushed or rolling out!
Movement:  I love it!  She's getting more up in my ribs now so it's getting uncomfortable.
Food cravings:   Red Robin Mojito! Still loving mint!
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope!  
Symptoms:  Sore ribs, sore back, sore, sore sore!
Gender:  My dad says its going to be a chicken... JC and I eat A LOT of eggs!

Happy or Moody most of the time:   Happy as a clam!
Looking forward to:  Giving JC his back to school gift I made him!  Things like this make me so giddy knowing how cute and smiley he will be about it!

Week 32

How far along?  32 Weeks
Total Weight gain/loss: Oh geez... I don't know why I look down when they weigh me!
Maternity Clothes?  Yep!
Sleep:  Going to bed early.... a lot more sleep these days!
Best moment this week:  JC and I both had Tuesday and Wednesday off!  It's his two days off from work and I took it off so we could have a couple days together before school starts.  We didn't do anything to crazy or wild, but so glad we had ALL day together!
Miss Anything?  Sleeping on my belly.  I'm such a tummy sleeper so it's been hard adjusting to the side and sometimes back.
Movement:  She is still going strong!  She likes to move a lot while I'm laying around trying to sleep.
Food cravings:   Mint and Lime.  Not together!!  But I'm always wanting something with lime or mint... Oh Red Robin Mojito!
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope!  
Symptoms:  Weak muscles!  I swear my legs don't want to work - the ligaments are so floppy!  
Gender:  Hoping she is still a girl!  I had a dream Lilly had an OLDER brother... explain that one!

Happy or Moody most of the time:   It was a good week.  I think I'm getting dumber by the day - but at least it keeps me laughing!

Week 31

How far along?  31 Weeks
Total Weight gain/loss: 24 gained
Maternity Clothes?  Yep!
Sleep:  Most nights Lilly wants to be roudy right as I get cozy and about to zonk out, but once I'm asleep... it's great!
Best moment this week:  I was laying on the couch and my mom walked by.  My tummy was in a funky shape cause Lilly was pressing against it so I pointed it out to my mom.  She put her had on my belly and said, "Hi Lilly!  It's grandma!"  and Lilly said "Hi" with a kick!  It was priceless!
Miss Anything?  This week... Joseph!  He finished his 7 week training at eBay and had a few days off before he starts his new shift.  School starts on the 22nd so he went on a motorcycle trip down to Moab.  I'm so glad he went, he deserves a break before school starts!!  But I sure do miss him!
Movement:  I'm pretty sure she gets her 10 movements in 5 minutes!  When she is moving - She is moving! She's getting stronger and the kicks have hurt a few times.  I wont complain... a moving baby is a healthy baby!
Food cravings:   I've realized I use Tabasco Sauce A LOT lately!  I'm always pouring it on something.  I liked spicey before, but it's even more now!  Thank goodness I've never had heartburn!
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope!  
Symptoms:  This week... sore ligaments.  Saturday I overstepped and fell down the stairs in the garage.  Luckily I slid down on my bum and never fell to the side or forward.  I bruised my hand and foot pretty good and my back where it hit the stair on the final impact.  I was doing fine until about 4 hours later I got up from a nap and had a sharp pain right in the front side of my belly.  Ended up calling the doctor on call and he suggested that I stressed the ligament holding the placenta when I caught my fall  Lilly was still being her usual self of moving a lot and I had no bleeding or any other symptom so he said just to take it easy.  THEN on Tuesday my dad was making me giggle way to hard with his usual CPK play time routine and I got a sharp pain in my right side.  Apparently that's Round Ligament Pain... which is caused my laughter.  Oh it's been a week of sharp pains!

Happy or Moody most of the time:   Emotional.  It was a week where I could look at a freckle and start to cry!

Week 30

How far along?  30 Weeks
Total Weight gain/loss: 24 gained
Maternity Clothes?  I went to my hair lady yesterday and she was impressed with my super cute maternity jeans... then I had to tell her they aren't maternity!  Oh the Belly Band!
Sleep:  Lilly loves to be wiggly when I want to sleep!  Once she settles down I can sleep just fine.  
Best moment this week:  We ordered Lilly's first Cabbage Patch Kid!  Her name is Lainey Lou and born October 9th.  That was JC's guess as to when Lilly would come.  I hope Lilly loves her as much as I love my first CPK that I still have!!  We did EVERYTHING together! 
Miss Anything?  The usual of not having to pee every second, being super active, having energy, long distance rides that don't make me uncozy....
Movement:  This is cute... I'm convinced she knows the sound of JC's voice.  As soon as he gets home from work and he starts talking to me she goes nuts!  Someone, other than myself, is excited he's home!!  A daddy's girl before she's even out.  I love it!
Food cravings:   My appetite seems to have gone down lately.  Haven't had sweets in awhile and food doesn't even sound good.  Cherries are my new fruit craving though.
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope!  
Symptoms:  Fatigue... go figure! hahaha!
Gender:  Counting on a girl!

Happy or Moody most of the time:   It's been a fantastic week!  Although our hours are short during the week I love being with JC.  We got the crib, had a great relaxing Sunday... every reason to be happy!
Looking forward to:  Getting Lainey Lou!  We have the crib set up, the bedding, and all we need now is Lainey to be the final decoration! 

Week 29

How far along?  29 Weeks
Total Weight gain/loss: 22 gained
Maternity Clothes?   FINALLY!
Sleep:  I have had some crazy dreams!  One night I was hanging out with Howie Mandell,  I was Cat Women working side by side with Batman, in some crazy police search... definitely been adventure packed!  Maybe that's why I'm so tired anymore!  Each night its something new and exciting.
Best moment this week:  Finding out I had the 24th off.  I loved doing NOTHING all day and it's a good thing I had the day off.  I was really sore and super tired.  I got a three hour nap in from 3:00-6:00pm and still went to bed at 10:30 PM!
Miss Anything?  Being active.  Every day I pass my bike and miss the motivation of going on long bike rides.  Even though I feel super sluggish... it's hard wanting to actually be a slug.
Movement:  Constantly!  When she is moving, she doesn't stop!
Food cravings:   Fruit and juice.  I've had an unusal amount of grapes and apples lately.  Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup always sounds good too.
Anything making you queasy or sick?  Nope!  
Symptoms:  One heck of a sore tail bone!  Last few days it's felt like someone has kicked me in the bum multiple times.  Google pregnant ladies say they experience the same thing... so it must be normal towards the end!  And Road Rage... is that a symptom?  Seems a lot worse now that I'm pregnant!

Happy or Moody most of the time:   Still happy - but tired.  Maybe a little moody cause I'm so BLAH about not being active.
Looking forward to:  THE DENTIST!!  Yes, I LOVE the dentist.  I'm going on Thursday and I couldn't be more excited to get some clean teeth.  Wish me luck... 26 years of no cavities and I don't want to start now!
